how to extend limit of exporting record from 1000 to 30000 in a report?

Hi Developers,

There are almost 26000 records in a report and i want to fetch all the record once. but while pressing on SAVE button and clicking on export to excel, it only dowonloads 1000 records. But i want to download all the records i.e 27000 into excel.

for this i went to system configuration--- import/export----- in excel i made it 300000 

still it is only downloading 1000 records.

Please suggest ?

If i will right click on the headar and export to excel , it is downloading all but if i will select pdf ,it is only downloading 1000 records.

Please suggest if you have any idea.

If you want to export as a pdf so it is not possible I have tried in this way .

But different way is export as a csv this much file or xlsx and convert to converter as a PDF , I have this is tested and converted .

Hi Sanjay,

Yes i gone through some docs and it is saying that only 5000 records can be downloaded but not all.

So its best way to download in excel.

But I don't know why you need to export this much record in PDF format.

because this kind of record we can maintain in excel file.
