How to extract a CSV file when the catalog task is generated and put it in a shared directory

I would like to know how can we export a CSV file of all the variables of the Catalog task and put it in any given shared directory.

for that you need to setup integration which I already informed above

You will have to discuss the integration requirements with the 3rd party team.

I was looking to send multiple record's variables in one file. The solution you have given works only for a single RITM.
