Hi Guys,

Is there any possibility to extract a incident record that have being assigned to “on hold > awaiting vendor” during its lifecycle even if the ticket is already closed or in progress.

HI,

What do you mean by 'extract a incident', is it export? if so , you can export incident any time in any state.

Hi @Codi ,

Sure, you need to create an incident metric definition to capture the changes in "on hold reason". Please notice that this only works going forward and not historical on tickets. https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/vancouver-platform-administration/page/use/reporting/concept/c_Me...

Hi @Codi

Not via direct report but you can create a Metric and then get the results.  OOTB metrics are there , have a look and give a try.
