Dear experts,
I am facing a problem where I have created a custom multi-approval level workflow for my risk event in the workflow studio. So I have added another approver which is the 2nd layer approver in my risk response template, but how do I reflect this in my risk event table, given that the predefined fields (approvers) is referencing from the users table. And the approvers related list just will show the 1st and 2nd layer approver one at a time. I am facing a trouble where I want to set an email notifications being sent to the 2nd layer approver after it has been approved by the 1st layer approver. But currently the data fields in the risk event table only has one level layer approver which is attached below. How should I approach this matter? Below are pictures as reference:
