How to fetch incident,problem,tasks,changes in a report?

I need to fetch all the incidents, changes, sc_tasks and problems those are assigned to my group in a report.

Should they be fetched in one report or 3 reports? You can utilize the report designer and then have a dynamic filter as below:

Hi Anders,

Sorry for late reply. I just wanted to pull all the incident, problem ,change and sctasks in one go and then schedule a report every day to my manager to check the status of each modules. Please suggest how can i proceed with this?

No worries 🙂

In general, I would create 4 different reports based on the 4 different tables you have mentioned. Afterwards attach all reports in same mail to be send daily to your manager.
