when i right click copy paste is not coming in knowledge articles body

Hi ,

When i right click from the article body i am not getting the option like below - cut,copy, paste

 

Old version Sandigeo

This is supposedly an expected platform behavior.

Please refer to the community post here, which has a KB article mentioned.

Workaround:

This is expected behavior and by design in all currently supported releases which uses TinyMCE Version 5.
Starting from TinyMCE version 5 we have to use control + right click to enable context menu.
