How to Find All Flows, Subflows, and Actions Using a Specific URL in Flow Designer

I have a requirement to change a particular URL, and I’ve noticed that some flows, subflows, and flow actions are using it. I want to know how I can find all the flows, subflows, and actions that are using this URL so that I can update them.

tables around flow are quite complex.

I used this link in the past and it helped me to some extent to find particular group name
