In the old ServiceNow "portal" technology, you used to be able to Ctrl + Right Click on things to navigate directly to where you needed to configure them.
Is that same (or similar) functionality available for UI Builder components? Or did we take a giant leap backwards?
I know that UI Builder is a core ServiceNow technology, and I have taken a couple of UI Builder Training courses, but I still have an awful lot of difficulty using it to configure things in ServiceNow. I can never FIND anything. : (
Is there a reliable set of steps I can use to go from a live HTML webpage element to finding that element in UI Builder?
As an example, I need to change the following "Your employee" label in the HR Agent Workspace to instead say "Subject Person". But I'm having great difficulty FINDING this "Your employee" section/panel/thing in UI Builder. Am I supposed to be using Developer Tools, and pulling out some kind of an ID value from there, and looking it up somehow in UI Builder? Is that the process? Or is there some much easier way to do this that I am simply ignorant of?
