Hi @Kishor O ,

In the Application Navigator, enter stats.do and press Enter. On the page, you'll see the internal IP address of the application node, used within ServiceNow infrastructure.

For Public IP Address Log in to support.servicenow.com and Go to Instance Management > My IP Information.

Try this once and let me know. If you find this helpful, please accept this as a solution and hit the helpful button..

Thanks and Regards,
