How to find "My Preferences" in "On-Call Scheduling"?

Hello,

I'm interested to understand the various options (in Utah) for a Supporter to specify their absences. 

1) In doc https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/utah-it-service-management/page/administer/on-call-scheduling/tas...

the Procedure section proposed to:

  1. Navigate to All > On-Call Scheduling > My Preferences

but in a Utah PDI I cannot find where My Preferences is.
Can you please help?

2) Anyway, is it possible to specify a period of absence of a member of a roster, without the need to select a coverage, but making the rotation skip the member of the roster during the absence period and possibly rotating to the next member of the roster?
