How to find the variables and there corresponding values after record producer is being submitted

Hi,

I create a Record Producer that generates a record in sn_slm_task table.

Which tables stores the variables and there values ? I tried to go to sc_item_option_mtom table but i didnt see anything

If I understand correctly, you want the question_answer table.
