Platform Analytics – Removing auto-generated live link and reference column hyperlink

We have a requirement from a specific group to provide a report/dashboard that displays all Active and Closed tasks. In addition, they require a weekly scheduled email report that shows all tasks from the previous week.

I have configured this using data visualisation and scheduled the report successfully. However, I am facing two issues with the email output:

  1. The email includes the line:
“View this visualization with live data at …”
I would like to remove this content from the notification.

  2. In the report, I have included some reference fields. One of the columns, “Subject Person”, appears as a hyperlink in the email. I would like to display it as plain text instead of a clickable link while keeping other hyperlinks (such as the task number) intact.

Below is a preview of the email. The highlighted text is what I want to remove, along with the hyperlink on the "Subject Person" column.

Has anyone implemented a similar requirement or found a way to control this behaviour in Platform Analytics/Visualisation Designer reports?

I'm interested in removing the live data link as well, if anyone's found a way to do that.

Similarly, although selecting "omit if no records" will exclude the live link for an empty visualization, it doesn't exclude the visualization's title. If there's a way to exclude the title too, that would be great.
