Hi,

In my scenario, how do I find this?

New field:
Label: TFS Address Validation
name: u_tfs_address_validation
Type: True/False(255)
Visibility: only when the tasks are open on the UI, do not show on submission form
Position: bellow question "Does this need a purchase order?"
ACL: a)Editable only members of TFS teams
b)Read only any other user
Mandatory:Make it mandatory after submission and the trigger of the first task
Note: follow same visibiliy and acl rules as question "Does this need a purchase order?"

Is this on a form or a catalog Item?

if it is on a catalog item then in the Ui policy you can control that the rule applies only on catalog item view to hide the variable and then show it in task:-
