How to fix that I am not able to download the excel after clicking on export.

Hi,

you are using DOM manipulation in your UI action

is that required?

Also did you debug the UI page which is getting called?

Pleases share the complete UI page HTML, Client Script and processing script

Remove /?*{} these characters from the metric category. Under Questionnaire template related list go to Metric Category and make sure the name doesn't have any special character. That will fix the issue.
