I was configuring the Supplier Lifecycle operations and successfully onboarded a supplier. However, when I try to invite a supplier—either from the workspace or the portal—the invitation process stops after the "Verification email address" email is sent. The "Set New Password" email is never triggered.
I’ve followed the ServiceNow product documentation carefully and completed the configuration, but I suspect the issue might be due to a missing supplier field on the vm_vdr_contact table.
Here’s what I’ve configured so far:
Created a User Registration configuration record in the sys_user_registration_config table.
Updated the sn_supplier.external_registration_profile_id system property with the sys_id of the User Registration config record.
Added the User Registration config record to the External User Registration Configuration field on the Supplier Collaboration portal.
Updated the condition on the "Vendor Contact Invited" notification (on the vm_vdr_contact table) to: Source is not supplier_registration.
Despite this, the process halts after the email verification step, and the contact does not receive the password setup link.
Thanks in advance!
