How to Generate RCA in structured format using ServiceNow's GenAI (Now Assist) ?

Hi Guys, 

I have a requirement where I have to use ServiceNow’s GenAI (Now Assist) to automatically -

  1. Summarize work notes and
  2. Generate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) (in structured format e.g., “Issue–Impact–Fix–Prevention”) statements from incident or problem records using natural language understanding

I enabled Now Assist for ITSM and I am able to summarize work notes but I'm stuck at the second part. Can someone guide me for this?
