Go to System Definition -> Plugins  and In quick actions Click the Link " Load Demo Data". And attached is the image

When installing the Human Resource Scoped App: Core Check the load demo data 
You can go back anytime and download demo data from the plugin section as shown and the comments 
You can ask chatGpt to generate demo data based in your use cases 
There's some websites that can generate demo data for you in a service Now
