How to get genius results for knowledge articles in ai search configuration in servicenow

I am getting actionable cards as genius results for catalog items but I am not getting genius results for knowledge articles. Can I know why this issue is happening and how to configure this?

Check the search profile , that is probably the place where something is missing.

 

Is this Now Assist Search or Just AI Search?

It is just AI search and I've checked everything in search profile. Usually OOB genius results are only catalog item, people and Q&A right?, so to configure genius results for knowledge article we have to create new genius results in search profile naming knowledge articles. I've done that.

But I am not able to get the genius results for knowledge articles. And also can I have a screenshot if possible for how the genius results appear for knowledge article.

Can you click on this and show what you are getting.

Also can you show the search profile? including the related list tabs what you have in sources and Genius results.
