How to get genius results for knowledge articles in ai search configuration in servicenow

I am getting actionable cards as genius results for catalog items but I am not getting genius results for knowledge articles. Can I know why this issue is happening and how to configure this?

Hi @krishnakamal423 , 

You need to activate the Q&A OOTB Genius result in the table ais_genius_result_configuration

Then connect it with the search profile of your portal and your application. 

Check the EVAM configuration, to make the genius result. ServiceNow documentation will be helpful
