How to get Interaction details from an Incident or from a Change Request

If I create an Incident or a change request from an Interaction (Live Agent Chat) , I can see the Incident/Change details in Related Tasks in the Interaction record, but lets say If I visit the same Incident/Change record directly, How to identify from which interaction is it created from? I don't see a field on Incident/Change records showing that Info.
