Hello,
I am trying to see if plugin Virtual agent is avaialbe for installation in persona instances but that does not seem to be the case.
Now my question is how to get plugin "com.glide.cs.chatbot" ( Virtual agent ) installed on Personal Developer instances?

The plugin is now available for you to activate via self-service view.

Thanks Sanket.
As Deepak pointed out in another community post, HI is for customers/partners. If plugin activation is requested via HI it is for paid instances.
I think we are looking forward to a SNC Employee weighing in here. Our hope is that the "Virtual Agent" plugins are available on PDIs of course š

Yes, absolutely agree
Even discovery and orchestration plugins requires HI assistance for customer instances.
Whereas PDI provides a menu to activate these plugins on developer site.
We are struggling to find "Virtual Agent" in the list of available plugins on developer site for London upgraded instance. Hope SN Engineer or Someone on community representing SN can help here
