How to get plugin "com.glide.cs.chatbot" ( Virtual agent ) installed on Personal instances

Hello,

I am trying to see if plugin Virtual agent is avaialbe for installation in persona instances but that does not seem to be the case.

Now my question is how to get plugin "com.glide.cs.chatbot" ( Virtual agent ) installed on Personal Developer instances?

The plugin is now available for you to activate via self-service view.

In addition we would also need to have "com.snc.itsm.virtualagent" activated

My guess is that SN forgot to enable it as a plugin option on the Manage Instance page for the PDI.

 We need HI for PDI.

Hopefully it gets added to list of plugins to request on the developer site soon. I agree it is kind of a bummer that they don't have something like HI for PDIs. The 'report a problem with your instance' just links you to community which isn't the most helpful when you need to engage directly with SN support.
