how to get report on standard change templates

hello guys,

 

I want to get report on standard change template.  i tried it but i cannot get it. because template is diff and change request is diff .

 

i want to get report on change request value section.  like below

Hi, this ServiceNow KB article indicates that the template data is stored as an encoded query and so is not reportable in a user understandable format
