How to get resolution notes display as HTML same as what we have in incident module close_notes.

Hi,

Any idea how to make these HTML field? Close notes contains table and we want to see the exact content of close_notes in incident and service portal view?

Did you find a solution to this? Could changing the dictionary type to "HTML" solve it?
