When the user opens the classic mobile UI > https://<instance>.service-now.com/$m.do
Then there is no easy way to come out of it.
Anything you try to open later, everything is rendered in the mobile UI itself.
How to disable that auto direct to $m.do? Need to completely get rid of it

Hi @Suggy
1. Check KB:
2. You can try with https://<your_instance_name>.service-now.com/$m.do#/login

Thanks for replying. I have already see that KBA which talks about the workaround only.
But my requirement is to completely disable that legacy mobile UI "$m.do". We dont want that UI at all.
