How to get Servicenow projects to work ??

We are having a group of 10 people with different module experience

All are having minimum 5 years of experience in Servicenow

Just asking if anyone knows how to get projects on contract basis to work ??

Please share if anyone have ideas on this

Can you elaborate on what you are trying to get to work?

Are you looking for a way to develop on your instance with the group of people you have and how to do that? What are these people doing now?

A project has the goal to achieve something (get results). For this, work needs to be done. Get the requirements for the end product and define the work items that need to be delivered. Look at the difficulty level vs the knowledge and experience of the team members and divide the work.

But your 'how to get projects on contract basis to work' confuses me. Are you thinking about getting work done by third parties and how this should work with the existing team? Can you provide some more inside into what you are trying to achieve/get more clear?
