How to get the last updated in the incident report.

Hi Community,

I am trying to fetch the last updated of incidents but i dont see the filter please find the below screenshot.

the last updated is 2022-02-02 12:07:47.

Please suggest how to get the last update date in the export of report or excel.

You can follow steps to create this kind of report

Navigate  Reports > Create New

Select the Incident table

Type List

Add Sort Field "Updated"

And choose your columns that you want to show

Hi Sachin,

thanks for the reply actully it is showing as closed values in the updated field if you check the below screenshot, last updated on 2022-02-02 12:07:47 but in the report, it is showing 2022-06-28 12:00:14 which is closed date of incident.
