how to get the related items in the CMDB custom class

I have created new class under the CMDB_CI table, but i am unable to view the below related items option in the new custom class CI table. please refer the below image, please let me know how can i enable this

Did you configure your form though form layout or form design and try to get CI Relations formatter as showcased below:
