How to get the true value for"AD sid"used to sync AD with Snow instead of the odd number shown below

What are you retrieving? Is there another value there (check the xml of the record). 
Can you the config of what you are trying to get into your system?

By the way: since you are asking it here, I do think you mean ServiceNow, because I have no experience working with Snow (which is a completely different platform than ServiceNow).
