Hello ServiceNow Community,
I am eager to learn and practice creating RPA automations using ServiceNow's Now Assist for RPA in the Studio environment. I understand that there is an RPA Bot Generation Skill lab available on Now Learning that provides hands-on experience with building bots using the generative AI capabilities of Now Assist.
I would like to request guidance on the following:
How can I get access to a trial or lab instance for the "RPA Bot Generation Skill" so I can practice hands-on creating RPA bots with Now Assist?
Are there specific steps or prerequisites to request this lab instance on Now Learning?
Is the trial lab instance freely available, or does it require any special permissions or licenses?
Any tips on completing the lab efficiently or additional resources to prepare before starting the lab?
I am keen to enhance my RPA skills using ServiceNow’s automation tools and would greatly appreciate any help or pointers from the community or ServiceNow experts.
Thank you in advance!

Hi @VenkatesanR
I doubt there is any dedicated course on Now Learning that is specifically focused on RPA + Now Assist. There are multiple individual courses for Now Assist on Now Learning, so you’ll need to deep-dive into those yourself.
There is no prerequisite to request a lab via Now Learning — you just need to be registered for that course.
All required plugins and licenses are already installed in the lab instance and it is freely available.
Each instance will remain available as long as you are actively completing the course.
Just follow the lab / course instructions to complete the labs.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

@VenkatesanR You can definitely go through the labs available for Now Assist. However, Genereative AI capabilities are limited in these labs as they need connection to LLM's and it's not easy for ServiceNow to connect to them for each training lab.
I got to know that, but in Knowledge 25, there were couple of hands-on trainings available for Agentic AI and Generative AI (May be for few candidates participating there, they could connect LLM).
Don't get disheartened, as there are few videos in youtube by Servicenow employees and other early access experts, who experimented with these and did something.
