How to get update from Jira to ServiceNow - Integration

I have integrated ServiceNow with Jira. The case is that whenever an incident is created and a particular assignment group is selected then a issue is created at Jira end. From ServiceNow, if any update is done on the incident record then it is being reflected on that particular issue of Jira. I have used REST message and Business rule to achieve this. Now, whenever if some field is updated at Jira end, the I want that it should get reflected on the particular incident ticket also.

How can I do this.

I cannot use Integration Hub or any 3rd party application for this.

Hi Shalika

I'm working as a pre-sales engineer with Exalate.

Exalate was designed with exactly these types of use-cases in mind, you could say that it is our "bread and butter".

One of Exalate's features, apart from syncing tickets bi-directionally, is creating an issue triggered when a particular assignment group is selected.

The issue will out-of-the-box be fully bi-directionally syncronized, which means, if a field gets updated on either side, it will automatically update on the other side, you can change this to make it uni-directional if you so please.

Exalate is easy and straightforward to set-up and you can control exactly which data you want to send and/or receive.

If you would like to see a customized demo of the product, please book a slot.

Cheers
