Hoping for some help. The requirement is when the IT Site Code is selected it pulls the City field in the read only field. This is populating in the for on SP but not within the RITM or TASK as shown below.
Is there a way to get this to show the value. Not very good with scripting.

Hello @Roshni1
If you are using a script - make sure - "Apply on RITM" and "Apply on Task" is checked on the script.
If you are using "Auto Populate" tab directly - there wouldn't have been this issue.

Since you confirmed the population is working in SP.
the script which is populating it for SP ensure that catalog client script is set with Applies on RITM and SC Task as checked
