Hi Joun, Yes. You are right.
if you prefer to provide access to specific role then add new ACL to create, write, read and delete.
Thanks & Regards,
Vasanth

Hi,
You can review and determine the conflicts in a change schedule by assigning the maintenance schedules to configuration items (CI). After you assign a maintenance schedule to the CI, add the CI to the change request.
Before you begin
Role required: ITIL
About this task
When the configuration item with an assigned maintenance schedule is used in the change request, the conflict detection determines the schedule change outside the maintenance window and displays a conflict error message.
Best Regards,
Prashant
