How to trigger 'Asset Restocking' notification. Please explain briefly?

Could you elaborate on your requirement? A brief explanation is easier to give when you provide all information. How do you decide currently when an asset needs restocking? Do you keep an inventory and decide on the remaining assets? Is that number available on the asset model perhaps? If not: why not do so? It also gives you a clear overview of the available assets.

And if you have that, you can just trigger it on the notification 'if number reaches x, sent notification'.

Thanks for the update. What I'm trying to ask is when the Asset Restocking notification was triggered on which condition.

Check the notification table (since this can be done in all sorts of ways). Maybe it's a simple condition on the notification. If it's triggered by an event: check the Event Registry to see where the event is located. It could be in a business rule, in a workflow, flow designer, scheduled job, etc.
