How to graphically represent relationships between one/more table records

JVOGEL11

I'd like to graphically represent relationship(s) between one or more records in separate tables.  For example, I'd like to show that a piece of hardware (alm_hardware table) in a given system environment (custom systems table) supports a given strategic objective (strategic_objective table).  Is there an existing application in ServiceNow that can render this relationship?   Maybe something to network mapping relationships.
