Hello ServiceNow Community
I'm currently working as a ServiceNow trainee and just getting started with the platform. Over the past few weeks, I’ve been learning and practicing the core ServiceNow fundamentals. So far, I’ve covered
- Form and List Views
- Incident Management (ITIL process)
- Basic understanding of ITIL concepts – Incident, Problem, Change, and CMDB
I'm using my ServiceNow Personal Developer Instance (PDI) to practice daily, and I'm eager to move to the next level.
What I need help with:
- What are the best next steps to grow my skills in ServiceNow?
- What should I learn after forms, lists, and incidents?
- Any hands-on project ideas for beginners?
How can I contribute effectively to the ServiceNow Community?
I also want to start learning about Client Scripts, Business Rules, Service Catalog, and Flow Designer — if you have tips, tutorials, or learning paths, please share!
Thank you to everyone in advance for your guidance and support.
I’m excited to keep learning and one day help others here too.

Hi @vaishali231
have you ever explored the University site? ServiceNow has developed pretty detailed career journeys which will guide you on your journey. I recommend starting with the System Administrator path and complete all tasks on that path: https://learning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/pages/journey-overview?id=journey_overview&journey_id=55f79b4...
