How to hide a record producer for all the user except one group.?

Hi All,

I have a record producer which needs to access by only one group(Even admin also can't able to access this from the portal view). I have created a user criteria, still admin can able to view access that record producer.

how can I restrict that..?

there is user criteria , you can use it to set the visibility for the record producer .

Hi,

Follow below steps:

1) Open RP

2) See if you can see Available for Related list on the form. If yes then click on new and add group in group field as below. Nothing but a user criteria.
