Hello everyone,
I have a view that is included in many table forms. Now I want to hide this view in one table form without impacting others (The view should disappear from the View options in the Form Context menu of this table form and should be still available to be selected in others).
Does anyone know how to achieve that? Could you please let me know?
Thanks a lot in advance,

Hi @Uhn,
To remove Views option from the list or form for particular user can be achieved by removing view_changer role to that user.
If my response helps you to resolve the issue close the question by Accepting solution and hit thumb icon. From Correct answers others will get benefited in future.

Hi @Mohan raj
I need to hide the view for all users. The view is used for multiple table forms in the system and I just want to remove it from a specific table.
For example, the view "Workspace" is used in many table forms such as alm_asset, alm_hardware, and change_request. And I need this view to be hidden in the change_request table form. Is there a way to do that without impacting other table forms?
If you know, please let me know.
Thanks a lot in advance
