Hi Team,
Need help on the following issue.
How do I remove the Agent Name on a case form which is created from Record Producer in Service Portal? Need to remove only on portal form.
Refer below screenshot.

It is not best practice to remove the agent name, It is OOTB and making changes can create technical debt.
