Hi,
For the "Configuration Item" field, it is populated with OOB items. Can you hide the OOB items from the "Configuration Item" field? - How to hide all the Configuration item (cmdb_ci) records in Configuration item in incident and Request form.
Can you please help on this.

@mania just check if there is any filter you can apply on cmdb_ci table to get ci's of your organization only
Share that filter query here
Or check with your client if you can deactivate all OOTB ci's

By using filter condition from cmdb_ci is worked in Request form but i used same filter condition in incident form is not worked.
So can you please any solution you have in incident form. Please let me know.

Same condition i used in Request form also but there it will worked but here its not worked.
