How to Hide "Dispatcher Workspace" from the left side of the CSM workspace.

hi,

Open your workspace in UI builder.

Click on Menu > Edit Experience Settings > Side Navigation. You'll see your link there. Delete from there and it will be removed.

yeah tried your method , but in side navigation the dispatcher workspace is not getting deleted in UI builder.

Open below link on your instance. This is from where that link is generating. Unfortunately there is no way to mark it inactive. So you either have to delete it or replace the "value" with empty array.

Hi @servicenow lath ,

This CSM workspace is build in UI builder. You will have to check what shell it is using.

It is using "Agent Workspace App Shell".

Navigate to the that using App shell UIs

Then check their related list if you found something there.
