How to hide certain tabs in csm workspace.

How to Hide "Dispatcher Workspace" from the left side of the CSM workspace.

suggest with your ideas.

yeah tried using this on setting the field Active as False, then also it is Displaying the dispatcher workspace

Hi @servicenow lath ,

Follow my steps :-

Navigate to App shell UIs

Search for "Agent Workspace App Shell"

then scroll down to Child screens and search there for Dispatcher. 

Make them active false from here.

I did for inbox and now that is disappeared from workspace.

Inbox will disappear , but with the same method only i did it for dispatcher also,

but dispatcher is not getting hide

, you just try to hide the dispatcher workspace  and check and tell

Dispatcher is not present at my side.  I tried to search it but not found in OOB.

You can try clearing cache by navigating to the cache.do.

Dispacther will be available from plugins .

i have done cache.do also then also same issue occurs
