How to hide choice field type field on incident form

Hi Community, How to hide choice field type field on incident form, I wanted to hide by using Ui policy, but it is not empty in condition like 7. What is the frequency of this (WEB) issue? is empty but not showing empty option in condition. Please advise how to hide choice field type field on incident form? Thanks, Srinivasu

Hi @Srinivasu2 ,

you can easily hide your choice field through UI Policies, you only just need to apply the filter conditions to set your field visible.

Yes, I wanted to use in filter condition field name isempty, but is empty option is not showing in filter condition for choice fields,

Hi @Srinivasu2 

In choice fields, we have to take none in the Filter Conditions, because None value is considered as empty in all choice fields, you can directly go with, if Field --> Value--> None.
