Hello there to all of the community. I have been running in to a halt when trying to limit the view of the live feedback comments. I will like to hide the comments made on an article but at the same time have the text box available for users to enter new comments. Can I get this done by adding roles? Where can I add these roles? The property module of the knowledge bases doesn't have all the capabilities to make this happen.
I will greatly appreciate your help.
Luis

This can be achieved by property "glide.knowman.show_user_feedback.roles" as explained here. Comment box will be shown, but Comments themselves will only be visible to the roles set in the property.
Another option would be to install plugin "Knowlegde Management Service Portal". This enables the new Knowledge Home for the Service Portal. This Knowledge Home has the same functionality as the old Knowledge Homepage in the backend. And responds to the Knowledge Properties just like the old Knowledge Home in the backend would. For instance the property to show a maximum number of feedback comments, or never show them etcetera.
