Hi Community,
I have a requirement to hide the Customer History tab under the Case record in CSM Workspace.
Steps I tried:
- Went to UI Builder → Page Collections → Customer Default Record Post-Details.
- Opened Customer Activity Default, duplicated the variant with the lowest order, and hid the Customer Activity component.
However, the Customer History tab is still visible.
Why is this happening, and what is the correct way to hide the Customer History tab?
