How to 'hide & include' a catalog item in an order guide?

I want to hide 1 of the catalog item from the 'Choose option' page but include it at every order guide checkout.
Hidden at the 'Choose option' page & included in the REQ.
Did someone cracked this case?

No, not exactly.
IN a order guide_ I need a cat item to always be included in the final REQ (managed in RuleBase).
The challenge is making this cat item invisible to the user when he fills out the 'Choose Option' page.
Let's say my order guide contains 3 catalog item, the user should only see 2 tabs, not 3, in the 'Choose Option' page.
If the cat item is Visible in Guide to 'false', it does not include the cat item in the final REQ of the order guide.

Hi, no... I ended up keeping all the catalog item visible in the 'Choose Option' page. It actually made sense in the end as the customer is able to follow the stages for every item.
