How to hide knowledge articles of specific knowledge base in ai search results

Hello Community,
We have a requirement to hide knowledge articles from a specific Knowledge Base. These articles should be hidden only on a particular portal, including AI Search results. Currently, we have restricted the Knowledge Base for the portal by removing the mapping from the m2m_sp_portal_knowledge_base table. This successfully restrict the accessing these articles from the portal, but the same articles are still appearing in AI Search results.
I would like to understand how to also exclude or hide these Knowledge Base articles from AI Search results for this portal.

Could someone please assist with how to achieve this?
If any suggested solution works, I will definitely accept it.

@hema sundar Is the articles are restricted by user roles or groups, ensure that the portal users do not have access to these roles or groups? You can also verify the user criteria to restrict access to the Knowledge Base articles for users accessing the portal.
