Hi @Sachin G K1 ,

This header are coming from UX Header Configuration

Link for reference - <YourInstance>.service-now.com/sys_ux_header_config_list.do?sysparm_userpref_module=f0db1d5653321010ac9bddeeff7b1262&sysparm_clear_stack=true

Open your workspace and if your workspace is not present create a new record for your workspace

For example I opened SOW workspace record

Search for your record table name

and edit the secondary value

Example I opened Incident record

Hi @Sarthak Kashyap ,

I cant find UX header configuration for risk workspace, i am getting same list as yours

If you didn't get the record for risk workspace then create a new record for that workspace
