How to hide Open Record Action from IT Agent Dashboard

Hi,

 

how can I hide or inactive the Action ‘Open Record’ from OOB ITSM Agent Dashboard in Service Operations Workspace in Xnadu version?

That's something like a black box code (OOB) you can't access or remove.
