Hello,
Is the Shift approval a related list:-
Just open the form in the native UI.
Change the view to workspace.
There you will see the related list just click on configure related list and remove it form the workspace view it will also remove from the Agent workspace.

You need to open the form which has the shift approval related list then change the view to workspace then remove the related list.

Hi Saurav,
We have installed the CSM Application for enabling calendar option in agent workspace. We are already using on-call scheduling to manage scheduling and shifts.
Now we want use them in agent workspace. After installing the CSM, calendar icon appeared in workspace with default labels that i attached in the above screenshot.
We unable to find the form which has shift approval related list.
And we have created another case in community regarding the same. Please have a look.
